No right of withdrawal for digital products

According to § 18 para. 1 no. 11 FAGG (Distance and Out-of-Home Sales Act), there is no right of withdrawal for digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier – provided that the performance of the contract has begun and you have expressly agreed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By purchasing and starting the download of our eBooks, you expressly agree that you lose your right of withdrawal.

Reason: Since these are digital products (eBooks as PDFs) that are available for download immediately after purchase, a cancellation after the download has started is technically and legally impossible.
